Right at Home In-Home Care and Assistance

Right at Home corporate offices are based in Omaha, NE and individual offices are owned and operated by a local franchise owner.

The company has been in business for over 25 years and there are franchises throughout the U.S. as well as the U.K., Australia, Canada, Europe, and China.

Right at Home Cedar Rapids is owned by Stephanie Humphries whose professional background is home health physical therapy. The business was created in 2014 and she took it over in 2017.  Clients are served throughout Eastern Iowa.

Right at Home employs professional caregivers, Certified Nurse Aides, and Registered Nurses to provide housekeeping, laundry assistance, transportation, meal preparation, medication management, personal cares, respite services, and support for hospice care. Private-duty nursing services include, but are not limited to, wound care, health monitoring, feeding tube management, medication set-up, and collaboration with physicians regarding care for the client.

The mission of Right at Home is to “Improve the Quality of Life of Those We Serve” and the Cedar Rapids office lives this mission every day.

We provide job shadows and internships through Kirkwood Community College and Iowa Works to give people an opportunity to get experience in health care while completing their education or exploring a new career.
