The Gardens of Cedar Rapids

The Gardens of Cedar Rapids is a full continuum of care community in Southwest Cedar Rapids. We are proud to be locally owned and managed with 98 employees providing Kind Compassionate Care since our opening in August of 2017.

Specializing in a variety of services within one community, The Gardens of Cedar Rapids offers Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long Term Care, Skilled Rehabilitation and Out Patient Therapy all under one roof. We offer social activities, chef prepared meals, and increased levels of care as needs change. Recently in February of 2020 Prairie Gardens Cooperative opened on the same campus offering Independent living providing a Campus of care. This bring a great level of comfort and peace of mind for families knowing that their loved one can be on one campus as their care needs change.

The Gardens of Cedar Rapids provides more then just a campus of care. We want to provide the opportunity for residents to enjoy so many things that bring joy to life. We strive to give purpose to those that live here.
